Our menu is specially prepared for each day and varies depending on the season according to the Slow Food philosophy.
The kitchen at c/o Grythyttan Inn is well known in the Swedish world of food and wine. We protect and develop Swedish culinary traditions while being influenced and inspired by kitchens from other parts of the world. As much as possible, we use fresh local ingredients, quite often from the surrounding forests. Our guests visit us to experience a culinary experience that is above and beyond the ordinary – and that’s exactly what they get.
At the Grythyttan Inn, in proudly protecting and keeping with Swedish culture, we celebrate all Swedish holidays with time-honored menus, beautiful decorations and traditional activities.
At c/o Grythyttan Inn, we love dogs! They are welcome to join you in most of the dining rooms, parlors and other public areas. We think dogs deserve fine dining experiences too so our celebrated chefs from c/o Grythyttan Inn have created a menu that will suite most canine pallets.
