The Living Room presents an entirely new concept of Long Island fine dining with a creative approach to cuisine. Fresh local products, organic foods and environmental thinking are central features of our New York Slow Food restaurant.

'Happy Hour' & 'Yappy Hour'
Escape the city and enjoy some dazzling cocktails on the East End.
Sundays – Fridays 5 - 6.30 pm we have a 50% discount on cocktails and parts of our Bar & Lounge menu.
Yappy Hour - But of course your dog deserve a treat too. Bring it to Happy Hour and it will get 50% off our Dog Menu.
'After Beach'
In the afternoon, after a well-spent day on the beach, our hotel guests enjoy afternoon refreshment between 3-5 pm.
As usual we have passes and sun chairs for all hotel guests.
'Champagne & Ping Pong'
This summer we have a very special guest at c/o The Maidstone, a pop up ping pong table from SPiN NY. You can play ping pong in our lush garden and sip champagne while playing. It is super fun and everyone can participate - pro or not - without breaking a sweat. The table will nest in our garden through Labor Day.
'Grab&Go'
What better to do on a sunny day than an outdoor picnic? We prepare a delicious selection of sandwiches, snacks, fruit and drinks. To get in the true picnic vibe, borrow our swanky red Kronan bikes.
'Brunch'
On Saturdays & Sundays we serve our fabulous brunch.
'Afternoon Tea'
We serve Afternoon Tea every Saturday & Sunday in the cozy lounge. Enjoy freshly baked scones, sandwiches and petit fours - and of course - our selected c/o Hotels teas!
'Wine Thursdays'
Wine Thursdays are back! 30% off on fine wines chosen by our Wine Director Chris Miller and Sommelier Henri Santaren. Boost that 'end-of-the-week' feeling and enjoy some great food and wine on the East End.
