We specialize in small, yet swanky meetings for groups up to 12 people, held in our delightful Kurbits Cottage. Of course, the cottage is equipped with free WiFi, paper & pens, flipcharts & a beamer as well as delectable Swedish refreshments.
The package is based on a one night stay including a 3 course dinner in our slow food restaurant, breakfast, a morning coffee break, business lunch and afternoon tea & snack time. It can easily be extended with extra meals or an extra night.
Prices from $460/person
Fees for the meeting room start at $150/day
Extend your meeting with an extra coffee break for $12, extra lunch for $22, extra dinner for $39, or stay a night longer for $375.
You can start your meeting package at any time you like, if you start with morning coffee the package ends with breakfast. If you start with lunch the package ends with morning coffee, etc.
Taxes and fees excluded from discount.All packages require a 50% deposit at time of booking. All reservations must be secured by credit card. Packages are subject to availability.Beverages, tax & tip not included.All rates are subject to 4% housekeeping fee. In addition, state & local taxes of 12.1% will be applied to all room charges. NOTIFICATION OF CANCELLATION (based on your arrival date):30 days or more prior to arrival: Your deposit will be refunded to you less a $50.00 cancellation fee per room per night.Between 29 days and 8 days prior to arrival: Your deposit is forfeited.7 days prior to arrival, early departures or no shows: You will be charged for the total stay amount (Including any pre-arranged services).All cancellations must be in writing, by email or fax.
