Lindströms black and white pictures of women floating in a black lake (‘Girls at Bull's Pond’) made quite an impression as an unconventional approach to feminist issues. Our Zebra striding in front of a Manor is equally eye-tingling, with its faint surreal touch. Her daring ways led Lindsröm to be Sweden’s first female professor in photography, laying the foundation for future photographic research.
